Sector-shaped Spacer Block
Electrical laminated wood is widely used as an insulating and supporting material in transformers and instrument transformers. It offers many advantages, such as high mechanical strength and excellent compatibility with transformer oil. It can be used long-term in transformer oil at 105°C.

Product Description
Specifications and models are customized according to customer requirements.
Manufacturing Process:
Made from high-quality birch wood: steaming → rotary slicing → drying → coating with insulating adhesive → pre-pressing → hot pressing
Scope of Application:
It is widely used as an insulating and supporting material in transformers and current transformers. It offers the advantages of moderate density, high mechanical strength, ease of vacuum drying, good compatibility with transformer oil, and ease of machining. Its dielectric constant is similar to that of transformer oil, ensuring proper insulation coordination, and it can be used long-term in transformers operating at 105°C. It will not fracture or break down under external forces or strong electric fields. Currently, both domestically and internationally, electrical laminated wood is widely used to manufacture insulating structural components, such as upper and lower pressure plates, lead supports, core spacers, coil insulation pressure plates, and core clamps. In current transformers, it is used to manufacture clamps, replacing steel plates, insulating paperboard, and epoxy boards in these applications, thereby reducing the transformer’s weight and material costs.
