Made from high-quality birch wood: steaming → rotary slicing → drying → coating with insulating adhesive → pre-pressing → hot pressing

Scope of Application:

Electrical laminated wood is a high-performance insulating structural material widely used in core power equipment such as transformers and instrument transformers. It is made from high-quality birch veneers through multiple impurity-removal processes, enabling long-term stable operation in the harsh environments of power systems. It features outstanding electrical performance advantages: its dielectric constant is extremely close to that of transformer oil, and it can withstand the combined effects of strong mechanical force and high-intensity electric field. It is suitable for long-term operation in oil-immersed transformers with a maximum temperature of 105°C. It can replace steel plates, epoxy boards and other materials to manufacture insulating clamps for instrument transformers, reducing weight and costs while improving the insulation safety margin, and meeting both mechanical and insulating performance requirements at the same time.
